職務の目的および主な業務内容

社員が業務で用いる文房具を適切に管理するための下記業務

・文房具の梱包・発送手配業務

・Excelの操作、データ抽出、業者とのデータ連携

・その他の関連する業務で用いるExcelの操作およびデータ抽出

必要なスキル・経験・要件

• PC操作スキル（特にExcel（関数）・Outlookの操作 ）
• 社員が注文する文房具の梱包および発送手配作業、ある程度重い段ボールの取り扱い
• 原則出社の上、上記作業が行えること
• コミュニケーション能力

望ましいスキル・経験・要件

• Microsoft Copilot、その他のPCスキル
