Role Purpose
This is a key role and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts of the Travel line of business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Underwriter(s), ensure Underwriting files are complete, accurate and obtain any outstanding items from the underwriting team or broker;
- Ensure all risk and policy queries are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner;
- Control manage and follow up RI front and Outwards premiums and accounts in order to ensure a good service and efficiency between companies;
- Ensure Claims are properly reported and follow up with claims manager.
- Ensure previous years audit gaps reported are correct and information is in well order for each and every client.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as required;
- Assist the Credit Control team in the management and/or resolution of any queries relating to the Spanish branch accounting Enter risk and policy data in to the Operation system(s) within the defined Service Level Agreements.
Experience/Skills Required
- Credit control/finance operations experience required within Financial Services – Insurance preferable;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Well-developed organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and requests;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Advanced numeracy;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- 3-5 years at an insurance company or a broking house
- Previous Lloyd's and London Market knowledge highly desirable
- Good knowledge of the lines of business
- Well-developed organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and requests

- Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese or Italian would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
