Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the organization.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and files.

- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, letters, and other official correspondence.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Support the coordination of internal and external meetings and events.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and preparation of administrative reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are properly maintained and report issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents.
- Assist with basic procurement and administrative processes when required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management
