Job DescriptionWollongong Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Day Oncology team.
About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you will be a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for the management of patient records, appointments and procedures and processing patient invoices and receipts. You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:
- Previous medical administration experience in healthcare setting (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a team where required
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Managing appointments, records, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
