🦅 Who Are We?Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults ages 16–24 gain the education, career training, and life skills needed for long-term success.
📋 What You'll Do- Lead and oversee Finance, Food Service, IT, Maintenance, Property, and Student Records departments
- Manage budgets, contracts, and Center resources to maximize efficiency and compliance
- Serve as the Center's Integrity Officer, ensuring adherence to DOL and Company policies
- Oversee procurement, financial reporting, audits, and capital improvement projects
- Supervise, mentor, and develop department managers and administrative staff
- Ensure facilities, systems, and operations support a safe, productive learning environment
- Collaborate with Center leadership to improve operations and achieve organizational goals
- Build partnerships within the community and support student success initiatives
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, weekends OFF

- Minimum 5 years of management experience required
- Strong background in finance, budgeting, and operational leadership
- Experience managing multiple departments and leading diverse teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure compliance, accountability, and operational excellence
