🦅 Who Are We?

Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults ages 16–24 gain the education, career training, and life skills needed for long-term success.

📋 What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee Finance, Food Service, IT, Maintenance, Property, and Student Records departments
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and Center resources to maximize efficiency and compliance
  • Serve as the Center's Integrity Officer, ensuring adherence to DOL and Company policies
  • Oversee procurement, financial reporting, audits, and capital improvement projects
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop department managers and administrative staff
  • Ensure facilities, systems, and operations support a safe, productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with Center leadership to improve operations and achieve organizational goals
  • Build partnerships within the community and support student success initiatives

Qualifications✅ What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience required
  • Strong background in finance, budgeting, and operational leadership
  • Experience managing multiple departments and leading diverse teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance, accountability, and operational excellence
