Administration Intern

By joining our team, you will receive guidance from the Facility Team and contribute to the success of all facility-related activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers phone calls and supports visitors. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the working environment is always in good condition.
• Manage inventories and ensure pantry supplies are consistently available.
• Support the procurement of stationery, office supplies, etc.
• Prepare payment requests.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and organization of files and documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned when required.

• Undergraduate or graduate from a university, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Result-oriented, eager to learn, and possess good communication skills.
• Able to join the internship at least 4 days per week.
• Intermediate level of English
