Telecommunications | WA Field Module

Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment with land access experience? Service Stream is seeking an Administration Coordinator to provide critical support across the WA Field Module, helping drive the successful delivery of MDU builds, network operations, and associated workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence through strong administrative discipline.  

About the Role
As the Administration Coordinator, you will support the State Manager, Area Managers, and Field Supervisors by delivering high-quality administrative, program, and operational support. You'll play a key role in maintaining program continuity, driving efficiency, and ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and documentation across the business.  

Key Responsibilities
•    Procurement of land access documentation 
•    Manage MDU waivers, pursue land access documents, quotes, build support, complaints, defects, notifications, and program documentation.
•    Coordinate work order creation, allocation, updates, and closure.
•    Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
•    Support meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
•    Maintain operational logs, compliance registers, training records, and workflow documentation.
•    Assist with onboarding field resources and supervisors.
•    Liaise with internal stakeholders and client representatives, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
•    Support quality assurance, audit preparation, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage competing priorities while supporting multiple operational leaders.

To be successful, you'll bring:
•    Experience in administration, program coordination, or operational support roles.
•    Exposure to telecommunications, construction, utilities, or field-based operations (highly regarded).
•    Strong reporting, data entry, document management, and workflow coordination skills.
•    Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
•    Advanced attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
•    Confidence working with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and digital workflow tools.
