About the Role
We are seeking an Administration & Manifesting Assistant to join our team in Bundaberg East. This is a Full Time Permanent Position (8am Starts). As an Administration & Manifesting Assistant, you will respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner while providing support with administrative duties, data entry, and manifesting tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting out in their admin career or looking for a stable office role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support across a range of operational and business functions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and company standards.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy, including processing manifests and consignment documentation.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, customers, drivers, and other external stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Demonstrates exceptional standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, with the ability to accurately manage and process large volumes of documentation and administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders.
