About the Role
We are seeking an Administration & Manifesting Assistant to join our team in Bundaberg East. This is a Full Time Permanent Position (8am Starts). As an Administration & Manifesting Assistant, you will respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner while providing support with administrative duties, data entry, and manifesting tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting out in their admin career or looking for a stable office role.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting all administration requirements
Following internal policies and procedures
High volume data entry, including manifests and consignment notes
Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Address customers queries promptly - face to face as well as over the phone
Skills & Experience
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
Strong customer focus
Demonstrated multi-tasking skills
Ability to manage large volumes of paperwork
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication
