The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to provide administration and customer service support at our Karratha branch. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm. You will help the team run smoothly by handling customer enquiries, data entry, and general office tasks using systems like Salesforce and iTrack (training provided).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
Complete data entry and admin tasks accurately
Support operations and administration team with daily tasks
Assist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records
Perform reception duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service or office administration (logistics background is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in MS Office
Commitment to safety and following processes
