As an Administrator you will be required for you to support the Branch Manager and support them and the Branch with all Credit Control and admin duties.

Duties:

• Full responsibility of weekly and cash account collections

• Assist with the debt recovery / credit control

• Liaising with the Branch Manager to ensure outstanding debt is managed

• Weekly Statements

• Answering email requests and liaising with central function teams

• All cash management duties of banking and discrepancies

• To deal with all G4S collections and procedures

• Management of all petty cash usages

• Receipting of daily stock orders

• Processing of supplier returns

• Completion and management of branch/area PDE payroll report for review by management

• Oversee weekly risk assessments and ensure all are complete

• Oversee fire risk assessments and ensure all are complete

• Oversee fire alarm checks

• Key 2 Vehicle Management

• Oversee daily van checks and ensure all are completed

• Management of Key Accounts Portal and assist when required

• Any other administration duties deemed necessary

Due to the nature of the business, you may from time to time be required by Management to perform other duties (on a permanent/temporary basis), which fall reasonably within your capabilities.
