Job Description

Are you ready to bring your organisational skills, customer service expertise, and product know-how to a dynamic and rewarding role?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Home Builder Sales Support Specialist at Kemps Creek. If you love helping clients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for making things run smoothly, this role is for you!

  • You’ll handle the entire sales order cycle – from responding to initial enquiries to processing orders, raising purchase orders, and coordinating service calls.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for construction site supervisors and customers, regularly updating them on orders, deliveries, and any issues that may come up.
  • You’ll make sure our Transport Teams are always in the loop on delivery needs specific to Project Home Builder customers.
  • You’ll work closely with various business units to ensure our commercial customers enjoy a seamless, quality experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • You've got experience in customer service or admin, and you know how to handle enquiries with a friendly approach.
  • A background in white goods or plumbing products is a big plus – you’re comfortable with the technical side of things and can make informed recommendations.
  • You’re a whiz with MS Office, G-Suite, and other digital tools, ensuring smooth processes and communication.
  • You notice the little things that make a big difference – nothing gets past you.
  • You’re a clear and confident communicator, both in writing and speaking, and can easily manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You’ve got top-notch time management skills, know how to prioritise tasks, and can handle pressure with a calm, cool demeanour.
  • You love collaborating and understand the power of working together to get the job done right.
