What you’ll accomplish with us

As an Administration Analyst, Special Markets, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Process and administer applications in accordance with established guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Analyze submitted applications and coordinate with team members regarding requirements and follow-up activities.
  • Manage correspondence with applicants, plan administrators, plan members and third-party administrators as required.
  • Support customer service team members with administrative processes and requests.
  • Execute and distribute individual and divisional bill runs while reviewing accuracy and applying analytical thinking to operational processes and changes.
  • Manage operational correspondence with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Apply critical and analytical thinking to manage multiple priorities and support key operational periods and events.
  • Collaborate with peers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the benefit of the team and department.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 50 159$ and 65 833$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
