Nous avons un poste pour vous! En effet, notre équipe d’assurance individuelle est à la recherche d’un(e) Administrateur(trice) aux nouvelles affaires pour se joindre à nous!
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à :
- Valider divers dossiers et documents en provenance des agences;
- Ouvrir les dossiers clients, saisir les nouvelles polices dans le système, les analyser, les valider et investiguer au besoin;
- Assurer l’envoi des documents pertinents à l’imagerie;
- Répondre aux questions des agences;
- Communiquer avec les agences pour obtenir de l’information sur les dossiers
- Saisir les diverses demandes de changement sur polices en vigueur provenant de la force de vente;
- Traiter différents rapports quotidiens;
- Tâche de bureau (papier) en rotation (en présentiel).
Qualifications générales :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales;
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office;
- Niveau de connaissance intermédiaire de la langue anglaise puisque la personne sera amenée à traiter des dossiers anglophones, faire des échanges de courriels avec des collègues et partenaires anglophones; sur une fréquence quotidienne;
- Volonté à développer ses connaissances.
