Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) 'Administrateur(trice) systèmes Cisco Ironpot pour rejoindre notre équipe en support opérationnel
Responsabilités
Collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et la direction pour assurer la réussite des projets et la résolution des problèmes, y compris en fournissant un support hors heures sur une rotation d'astreinte;
Gérer le cycle de vie complet des projets d'ingénierie, réaliser des tâches de développement complexes et recommander des solutions basées sur les meilleures pratiques;
Appliquer une connaissance approfondie des domaines de développement pour maintenir la santé globale de la fonction technologique;
Diagnostiquer et résoudre divers problèmes techniques, en s'appuyant sur des précédents existants et les standards de l'industrie;
Soutenir les chefs de produit en évaluant les besoins logiciels, en développant et en révisant des spécifications détaillée;
Améliorer continuellement les processus et procédures pour accroître l'efficacité de l'équipe;
Documenter les architectures systèmes, les flux de travail et les procédures pour référence de l'équipe et de la direction;
Maintenir un inventaire précis des systèmes.
Qualifications
Diplôme d'ingénieur, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe;
Plus de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente;
Expertise avec l'IaaS SEG Cisco IronPort, la connaissance de Proofpoint est un plus;
Expérience avec les plateformes Microsoft Email : Exchange Online/M365, Exchange 2016/2019/SE;
Compréhension approfondie des contrôles de sécurité des emails (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware);
Maîtrise du scripting PowerShell et de la gestion en ligne de commande;
Expérience avec Active Directory, les stratégies de groupe (Group Policy), DNS, Load Balancers, ADFS, Entra ID et SAML;
Compétence dans la gestion et l'optimisation des environnements Windows Server 2016/2019;
Compétences en dépannage;
Expérience avec ServiceNow et les processus de gestion des changements/incidents;
Capacité de résolution de problèmes, avec sens de la responsabilité, créativité et volonté d'amélioration continue;
Excellente communication en anglais. L'anglais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
