We are looking for a SaaS Systems Administrator to take full ownership of key internal tools used across the business, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid IT / Operations background, who thrives in autonomous environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous contexts, and is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to internal users.
🛠️ Your key responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace environments
- Administer configurations, permissions, access, and integrations across these tools
- Provide proactive, high-quality support to internal users across multiple business units
- Establish and improve processes, standards, and best practices for tool usage
- Identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities, acting proactively to resolve them
- Create and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and usage policies
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
- Ensure reliability, organization, and governance of all managed systems
🎯 What we expect from you
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator
- Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Confluence
- Strong background in IT, Operations, or SaaS Systems Administration
- Ability to work with high autonomy and take full ownership of systems

- A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
