Resumen

The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the effective administration of Mexico benefit programs to ensure benefits are delivered, communicated and transacted in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements and delivers health, welfare and retirement savings benefit plans. This role serves as administration professional working with department professionals, management and provides customer service to all employees. Our benefits administrator role plays a critical role in supporting a wide range of activities by managing records, enrollments, liaising with payroll to successfully deliver Constellation Brands total rewards programs.

Responsabilidades

1 Deliver materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions.

2 Deliver On-Boarding sessions related to benefit plans

3 Respond to employee’s general inquiries about benefit programs and/or point them to the appropriate plan contact

4 Explain policies, procedures and guidelines to all employees as needed

5 Working with employees, local HR and vendors on routine situations that require special attention.

6 Coordinating with different vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the different benefit programs.

7 Administer our benefit programs in compliance with applicable regulations and benefit plan rules as well as corporate policies and procedures.

8 Medical and Excess medical plan administration activities, including processing life events, enrollments in the Workday benefits platform, day to day support to employees with the support of our implant.

9 Life insurance administration – Maintaining excellent record of all enrollment forms and beneficiary assignation letters as well as processing life claims with the provider.

10 Savings Fund administration – Updating information with the provider and communicate to the employees the different key dates throughout the year.

11 Retirement plan – Coordinate with local HR to plan retirements and complete all related activities including getting an actuarial valuation, communication with the employee about their options and sending the final instruction letter to fiduciary. Additionally, coordinating with Payroll to provide routine reports to Record Keeper.

12 Executive fleet management – Vehicle assignment and reassignment process coordination with our service provider.

13 Food and Meal Voucher administration – Day to day activities including administration of the vendor partner portal and distribution of cards.

14 Receive, code (for business unit and object), and process monthly benefit invoice payments in coordination with accounts payable and/or treasury departments.

15 Maintain and file as needed in employee and plan files

16 Support the implementation of any new benefit program
