Responsibilities:

Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
* Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
* Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
* Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
* Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
