What you'll be doing  

 We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, and technical support across retail stores, offices, and warehouses. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge in facilities management while supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, and technical support across retail stores, offices, and warehouses. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge in facilities management while supporting the smooth operation of our business.

  • Support the coordination and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by technical service providers.

  • Assist in monitoring facilities operations to ensure maintenance activities are completed according to service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Participate in major maintenance and repair projects under the guidance of the Facilities team.

  • Conduct regular site visits to retail stores, offices, and warehouses to monitor facility conditions and service quality.

  • Assist in preparing facility condition reports and identify maintenance needs or areas for improvement.

  • Support the review of maintenance reports, asset lifecycle reports, and performance dashboards.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including Administration, Projects, Operations and Retail teams to support day-to-day facilities activities.

  • Maintain effective communication with landlords, mall management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations and compliance with safety standards.

  • Ensure documentation, maintenance records, and reports are updated accurately.

What you’ll need to succeed  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
