Job Description

Tmart is looking for An Admin to Join our Q-commerce team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier information and documentation, including onboarding new accounts
  • Maintain and update master files for each supplier
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and other key performance metrics for category manager
  • Create SKUs , update cost prices and selling prices on system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or commercial setting
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
