This role plays a critical part in supporting daily business functions, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring organizational processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, has advanced Excel skills, and is able to analyze data in bulk and provide accurate conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations on daily tracking
- Audits with bulk data
- Prepare Excel sheets for payroll
- Report relevant findings
- Staff Rotation
- Projections
- Correspondence
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Operations, Administration, or a similar support role
- Strong Organization and time management skill
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient on Excel (Office Sheets) and business systems/tools
