Business Development Admin Specialistとして日本BDチーム内の様々なオペレーション業務を担い、チーム全体の円滑な運用に貢献するポジションです。

主な職務内容

  • オンボーディング: 新しい商品をKlookのプラットフォーム上に掲載するための情報確認・入力・校正作業

  • 編集作業: 既存製品の内容変更に伴う情報入力(編集、価格調整、在庫設定、APIマッピングなど)

  • データ整理: 価格データ、在庫データ、予約データの整理作業

  • その他、状況に応じて発生する付随業務全般

求めるスキル・人物像

  • データ入力などのPCを使用した事務経験

  • 読み書きを含むビジネスレベルの日本語

  • 英語(読み書き)を含む作業に抵抗がない方

  • ビジネスレベルの中国語(読み書き)ができると尚更良し

  • スタートアップ企業など変化の早い環境での勤務経験

Skills Required

  • PC-based data entry/administrative experience
  • Business-level Japanese (reading and writing)
  • Comfortable performing tasks in English (reading and writing)
  • Business-level Chinese (reading and writing)
  • Experience working in fast-changing startup environments
