Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, housekeeping, transport coordination and dispatching drivers, as well as maintaining office supplies and fixed-asset registers.
Oversee asset and procurement controls: handle administrative-material purchasing, distribution and maintenance planning, and monitor essential expenses such as electricity, water, telephone bills and supplies.
Supervise external service providers and vendors for administrative functions (housekeeping, catering, fleet management, dormitory services, etc.), including routine auditing of their performance.
Monitor canteen and food-service operations: ensure service quality, collect and analyze satisfaction feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop, refine and standardize administrative workflows and documentation; establish and track KPIs; and submit monthly expense and performance reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Law, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative management within a large-scale manufacturing enterprise (with a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees).
Strong command of Chinese in all four skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing (equivalent to HSK Level 5 or above).
Proven capabilities in cross-functional collaboration, vendor and supplier oversight, and operational cost management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-pressure environment.
