About the Role
As an Admin Procurement Intern, you’ll help support daily procurement and administrative activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and making sure everything is well-organized.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in purchasing processes and recap purchase data
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
- Update and maintain supplier databases
- Ensure procurement data is recorded neatly and accurately
- Check vendor documents such as invoices and delivery notes
- Prepare simple invoice summaries
- Handle general administrative tasks and data entry
What We’re Looking For:
- Interested in administrative and data entry work
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Willing to learn and able to follow processes
Work Arrangement:
- Mon-Fri, Jakarta Selatan
- Internship position
