THE ROLE

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment? We’re offering one of the most exciting HR Internships in Manila – an opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one!

Based in our Manila Offices, you'll join a talented and supportive People team on a 6-month internship. Your mission? Power the company’s growth by contributing across the full HR spectrum – with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, while also gaining exposure to Onboarding and People & Culture initiatives.

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the full candidate cycle and broader HR operations, while collaborating with teams across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
• Organize and maintain documents, records, and internal files
• Support data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate with different teams on administrative requests
• Help schedule meetings and manage internal communications
• Support HR and other departments with various administrative tasks
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• You have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory);
• You’re a people person – proactive, curious, and comfortable interacting with team and other stakeholders;
• You're ambitious, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing international company.
