Responsibilities
- 協助整理契約文件並維護合約資料庫，包括文件分類、版本控管及契約狀態追蹤。
- 協助辦理收文登錄、文件編號，以及電子與實體文件歸檔作業，維持法務文件管理之完整性與可追溯性。
- 支援稽核與法遵相關行政作業，如文件盤點與整理。
- 在主管指導下協助進行基礎法令檢索及資料整理，提供內部參考使用。
- 協助法務團隊其他日常行政與專案支援事項。
Minimum Qualifications
- 細心負責，具良好文件整理能力與邏輯性。
- 能穩定完成例行性工作並維持作業品質。
- 熟悉 Word 及 Excel 等文書工具操作。
- 具良好時間管理與溝通能力。
- 可接受重複性且細節導向的工作。
- 每週可配合三天工作天，可配合六個月者佳。
Preferred Qualifications
- 具文件管理或契約整理經驗者佳。
Skills Required
- Careful, responsible, and skilled in document organization and logical processing
- Able to consistently complete routine work while maintaining quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good time management and communication skills
- Willingness to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work
- Available to work three days per week
- Available for six months
- Experience with document management or contract organization
