We are looking for an Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and support smooth operations across the company. This role will coordinate facilities, vendors, office supplies, logistics, documentation, and general administrative support for teams and management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office administration: supplies, inventory, stationery, pantry, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate vendors and services: quotations, renewals, payments follow-ups (with Finance), and service quality.
- Handle facility management: seating, meeting rooms, office maintenance, utilities, and repairs.
- Support asset coordination (non-IT and basic tracking): office equipment, access cards, keys, and handover records.
- Provide administrative support to management and teams: letters, documents, printing, courier, travel/local logistics.
- Coordinate company events and internal arrangements (meetings, team activities, training sessions).
- Maintain admin documentation and trackers: vendor list, contracts/renewals calendar, inventory logs.
- Support HR with admin tasks when needed (onboarding logistics, ID cards, office access arrangements).
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in administration / office coordination (tech or services industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills and vendor coordination capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic tracking/reporting.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience handling procurement requests and basic budget tracking.
- Experience supporting a hybrid workplace setup.
