Your Role 

As the Admin Executive, you will support our daily office operations through managing paperwork, coordinating processes, and providing administrative support, especially with a strong interest in finance and accounting. You will report directly to the CEO. Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with a multi-disciplinary team. 

Job Scope: 

  • Support finance-related tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping. 
  • Prepare administrative documents, reports, letters, and meeting minutes. 
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, vendor liaison, and procurement of supplies. 
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents, demonstrating high meticulousness.

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in handling paperwork and financial documents. 
  • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple files, deadlines, and tasks efficiently. 
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally and clearly with internal teams and external vendors. 
  • Proactive and dependable, demonstrating initiative, follow-through, and the ability to work independently. 
  • Genuine interest in finance and accounting, and comfortable assisting with basic financial processes and documentation.
