Own and scale BeeX’s quality system for autonomous underwater vehicles. Responsibilities include developing ISO 9001-aligned processes, controlling documentation, auditing suppliers and production, establishing incoming and in-process inspections, managing NCR and CAPA workflows, leading root-cause analysis, tracking quality metrics, maintaining traceability, and providing final quality sign-off. The role works closely with procurement, manufacturing, testing, design, and suppliers to ensure electromechanical components and completed vehicles meet specifications.

Create build-ready 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and technical documentation for autonomous underwater vehicles. Apply GD&T and engineering standards, support design iterations and prototype assembly, maintain revision and configuration control, coordinate with vendors, and assist with workshop testing, pool tests, sea trials, and client site work.

Own the end-to-end manufacturing and integration processes for autonomous underwater vehicles. Develop assembly instructions, wiring and connector standards, sealing and pressure-testing procedures, quality checkpoints, tooling, and production documentation. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, lead corrective actions, coordinate suppliers and incoming inspection, and support production scale-up across Singapore and Johor Bahru. Frequent field testing at sea required.
