Role Overview

The Admin Executive will handle a variety of front-office and administrative responsibilities including reception, invoicing, documentation, banking coordination, and communication support for the Dubai office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception and front-desk duties, attend calls, and greet visitors.

  • Prepare and send invoices, manage couriers and filing documentation.

  • Oversee bank deposits, cheque handling, and office banking tasks.

  • Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems.

  • Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and correspondence.

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and professional office upkeep.


Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in UAE.

  • Proficient in MS Office and general office management.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Candidate must currently be based in Dubai.

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Note: Only vegetarian food is permitted inside office premises.


Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 2,500 – 3,500 AED per month

  • Visa provided

  • 30 days paid annual leave
