The Admin Executive will handle a variety of front-office and administrative responsibilities including reception, invoicing, documentation, banking coordination, and communication support for the Dubai office.
Manage reception and front-desk duties, attend calls, and greet visitors.
Prepare and send invoices, manage couriers and filing documentation.
Oversee bank deposits, cheque handling, and office banking tasks.
Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems.
Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and correspondence.
Ensure smooth daily office operations and professional office upkeep.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in UAE.
Proficient in MS Office and general office management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Candidate must currently be based in Dubai.
Female candidates preferred.
Note: Only vegetarian food is permitted inside office premises.
Salary: 2,500 – 3,500 AED per month
