The Administrative Business Partner will support senior leaders within the Global Marketing & Digital Wealth organization, partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enable efficient operations and drive day-to-day execution across a fast-paced, global environment. 

 

Role and Impact: 

This role is a critical partner to senior leaders, focused on maximizing efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving operational excellence. The Administrative Business Partner will proactively manage priorities, anticipate needs, and act as a central connector across stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities: 

- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling across senior stakeholders and prioritizing competing demands 

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, including materials, AV, and external engagement support 

- Monitor and manage leader inboxes, tracking action items, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution 

- Coordinate global travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage expense reporting and administrative processes 

- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, serving as a key point of contact 

- Track deliverables and proactively drive follow-up on key priorities, ensuring alignment and timely completion 

- Support ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and operations 

- Champion Global Marketing & Digital Wealth culture and help facilitate events and office celebrations

- Demonstrated use of AI tools with fluency and agility, showing adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to learn in evolving environments 

- Embodies an AI-ready mindset through curiosity, eagerness, and being an early adopter 

 

Qualifications: 

- 5 to 8 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within a global organization or financial services 

- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools 

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$76,000.00 - USD$145,000.00 which is the equivalent of USD$36.54 - USD$69.71 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
