We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Lodwar, Kenya. The ideal candidate will support our operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Maintain contact lists and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* Develop and maintain a filing system.
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
* Submit and reconcile expense reports.
