Invoicing NetJets, and Bistro Market and Reconciliation of Bistro sales.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
Invoices are checked against orders and sales register total.
Invoices are accurately entered into the adagio system with the correct code quantity and current prices.
Customers are furnishing with invoices in a timely manner. Overdue balances comply with AR policy and accounts are free of credit balances.
Payments are correctly applied to respective invoices.
Customer accounts remain free of unnecessary credit/debit notes unless approved by the accountant.
Complete Deposits
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
All cash and cheques received are deposited in a timely manner.
Receipts are issued for all payments received.
Deposit slips are completed accurately and reviewed by the Assistant Accountant.
Stationery – Issuing and maintaining stock
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
Stationery levels are maintained at all times. Stock issued is monitored, with any misuse flagged.
Reorder levels are established and timely requests for refills are made. Competitive pricing is obtained when purchasing.
Update Airline menu and prices in Inflair.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
Airline cycle changes are updated accurately and on time.
Coordination with the Pricing Clerk ensures all new prices are updated.
The Assistant Accountant receives a printed copy of new prices and entries for review.
Verification of Good receipt notes and ensure transfer notes correctly coded prior to closing.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notes are reviewed for correct units of measurement before entering into Inflair.
Transfers are reviewed daily against requisitions to verify unit of measurement, quantity department allocation.
All transfers are closed every ten (10) days. All errors in cost rates and quantities are identified and reported for correction.
Purchase Order Audit
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
Review PO log monthly and obtain explanation for missing sequence. Submit the PO log to the Assistant Accountant for review.
Additional functions to be performed as needed:
To adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
All safety precautions are adhered to as specified by the relevant safety boards both local and international.
All standards of personal hygiene established by the Company are adhered to uniforms, hair coverings, jewelry, hand washing, etc.
All food safety policy and procedures are always adhered to.
All security policy and procedures are always adhered to.
To perform any other related duties as directed by the Manager.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
Familiarise yourself with Basic AP function including printing cheque Familarised yourself with the preparations of ABST & Withholding tax. Familiarise yourself with basic payroll processing.
Oversee the physical inventory count.
All assignments are carried out to agreed standards.
