Grade 6, Europe COD Team, Pune

Job Summary:  

Cash On Delivery Admin Assistant is responsible for cooperation between center operations, customers and other UPS departments to ensure the money for COD shipments is collected and the right amounts are paid out to our customers for VOG shipments.

The COD Admin Assistant must comply with the established UPS policies and procedures.

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He / She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, distributing mail and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
