As a Executive Assistant, you will be helping us operate our immigration business (in Canada).
- Be the front person to answer calls from our clients and leads
- Resolve client queries. Discuss with team as needed
- Follow up with clients for information and queries
- Call back missed numbers
- Send emails as required to clients and potential clients
- Provide full support to other team members to be able to effectively perform job duties
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
- You must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Preferred Marketing, Media, or Business.
- Must have computer/Laptop and smartphone
- CRM Experience preferred
