Manage end-to-end immigration applications (Express Entry, PNP, family, study/work permits, LMIA). Audit client documents, ensure IRPA compliance, meet deadlines, conduct client intakes, liaise with IRCC, draft retainer agreements, prepare invoices, and support process improvements to maintain audit-ready records and strong client communications.
