Overview
Our Croatian office consists of three legal entities and a total headcount of +120 employees. It is also an anchoring office for our entities in Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with majority of operations being run out of Croatia.
In addition to the standard administrative support, general office day-to-day administration, and acting as a back-up for the receptionist, when absent, this role is pivotal in:
- Creating reports and documentation to support local and global operations for various local/regional/global IQVIA departments (Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, Safety, Procurement, Legal…)
- Proactive on-site support to regional HR, local Site head and external payroll partners - handling wet ink contracts, documentation and communication for new, current and departing employees
- Management of incoming invoices from entry to accounting department
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Implementation of local and global policies and initiatives across all departments
- Coordination of Business Continuity Plans Fulfilling a local legal requirement for a Workplace Safety Specialist presence
- Vendor management
- Landlord relationship
- Mobile phone/equipment purchasing and cost allocation
- Car fleet management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years administrative or secretarial experience or equivalent combination of business school/secretarial training and relevant job-related experience
- Team player
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- IT literate
- Fluent in English and Croatian
- Available to work as a full-time, office-based employee
