Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple sales leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and delivers with precision.

Your Role:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and departmental communications.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference calls, and itineraries.

  • Take meeting minutes and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Serve as a liaison and coordinate activities between departments and external stakeholders.

  • Recognized as a skilled specialist with deep expertise in your functional area.

  • May oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, train new team members, and review the work of junior staff.

  • Routinely handles complex, non-routine problems requiring sound judgment, analytical thinking, and initiative.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, making minor adjustments and enhancements to increase overall team effectiveness.

  • Provides high-level administrative or technical support with a broad proficiency across core responsibilities.

  • Frequently serves as a mentor or lead resource for junior administrative or support personnel.

  • Consistently works independently on complex assignments, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and ownership in issue resolution.

  • Makes recommendations for new or improved procedures, contributing to continuous process improvement.

  • Operates with minimal supervision, taking independent action to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

  • Viewed as a key knowledge resource within the department or team; often acts as a facilitator and informal team leader.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 5 years of senior administrative support to levels director and up.

  •  High school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including at least 4 years in a role-specific capacity.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $101,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
