Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
Quail Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and executive leadership. This role is essential to maintaining organization, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Perform filing and maintain accurate electronic and physical records
- Assist with certified payroll reporting and documentation
- Support fleet management by updating maintenance records and reviewing fuel reports
- Complete Ad Hoc assignments as directed by the Vice President
- Maintain KPI data
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Construction or operations experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
