Role Description
As an Address Integrity Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between data and business impact. You'll be a technical expert, comfortable with SQL and data visualization, while also possessing the business acumen to extract insights, craft compelling narratives, and drive data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will be the primary point person for address integrity across our sales and marketing funnels. You will act as the "air traffic controller" for address-related issues—triaging incoming flags, investigating their root cause, and ensuring they reach the right technical or operational teams for resolution. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a report to break; you will proactively audit our buyflow to ensure a seamless customer sign-up experience. You're inquisitive by nature, which compels you to investigate not only the "what," but also the "why," facilitating a deeper understanding of our geographic data and its impact on the business.
In this role, you'll:
- Act as the lead triage point for all sales and marketing address issues, determining the scale of impact and routing problems to the appropriate engineering or operations teams.
- Drive analytical problem-solving by working with large geographic and operational data sets to address challenging, non-routine address parity issues
- Report on health and resolution: Design and maintain a regular "report out" cadence for stakeholders, detailing issues identified, time-to-fix, and the overall health of our address database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) to identify business needs and conduct comprehensive end-to-end data analyses on address health.
- Create automated tools and dashboards to proactively monitor address-related inquiries using SQL, scripts, and visualizations.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, and/or computer science engineering.
- 3 years of experience with using SQL and writing queries from scratch on a daily basis.
- Experience with project management cross-functionally
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience using data to identify opportunities for business improvement and defining/measuring the success of those initiatives.
- Ability to use written and verbal communication to build relationships with cross-functional partners and conduct presentations for stakeholders, including executive leadership.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $87,200 - $127,600 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
