Role Description
We’re looking for a Sales Support & Development Specialist to join our growing team in North America.
This role combines customer service, inside sales and administrative coordination — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to new challenges and takes initiative to drive business growth and customer success. This is a fully remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers and distributors from order to delivery and after-sales service.
- Generate and qualify leads, prepare pricing proposals and help grow lubricant sales.
- Provide administrative, reporting and coordination support across key business functions.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing and distribution to ensure efficient processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong skills in data tracking, reporting and performance analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ERP, inventory systems, MS Office Suite.
