Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is seeking a compassionate, confident, and experienced Addiction Recovery Manager for our Men's Program to provide leadership and oversight of our residential Men’s Recovery Program, Anchor House.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Recovery, this role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, programming, and operational effectiveness of the program. The Recovery Manager leads and develops the Men’s Recovery team while ensuring participants are supported through a structured recovery journey that builds recovery capital, promotes meaningful progress, and is grounded in RAN’s Christian mission and values.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Men’s Recovery Program
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Recovery Support Workers, Program Leads, and relevant program staff
• Oversee participant progression, program engagement expectations, and day-to-day program decisions
• Ensure recovery programming is delivered consistently, effectively, and in alignment with best practices and faith-based principles
• Integrate RAN’s 5 Areas of Recovery Capital into programming, participant goals, and case management
• Work collaboratively with the Intake Coordinator and Associate Director of Recovery to support intake flow and maintain strong program occupancy
• Build and maintain community referral relationships and strengthen RAN’s presence within the recovery community
• Ensure participant care plans, case notes, attendance, outcomes, and other required information are accurately maintained in the Steps Forward database
• Address participant concerns, behavioural issues, and program compliance with compassion, consistency, and accountability
• Ensure a safe, respectful, structured, and supportive environment for participants, staff, and volunteers

What You’ll Bring

• Undergraduate degree or related addiction training; a Master’s degree in behavioural sciences is considered an asset
• Experience in addiction treatment, mental health, social services, or a related environment
• Demonstrated experience in case management and addiction recovery support
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff, referral partners, and the broader recovery community
• Ability to lead effectively within a complex and emotionally demanding environment
• Non-violent intervention training and/or certification
• Lived experience with addiction and a personal recovery journey is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

$68,000–$75,000 annually dependent on experience

Schedule

• Full-Time, in-office position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with additional hours as required
