Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ADAS and Brake System controllers within the Daimler architecture, including ECU hardware and software integration, application calibration, validation, and production release for DICV vehicles.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end integration, validation, and deployment of ADAS and advanced braking systems across DICV vehicle platforms.
  • Drive the identification, verification, and implementation of active safety and braking features for BharatBenz vehicles through close collaboration with global engineering teams, ensuring alignment with component and software roadmaps for domestic and export markets.
  • Manage controller and sensor integration, communication interfaces, diagnostics, data analysis, and vehicle-level validation activities to ensure robust system performance.
  • Lead feature verification, calibration, and release activities to achieve targeted functionality, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Identify and implement material cost-saving initiatives (IMCS) while maintaining product performance, reliability, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and support the implementation of Driver state Monitoring (DSM), Reverse Parking Assist (RPA), braking systems, and related control units.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering, testing, suppliers, and manufacturing to facilitate seamless integration and deployment of safety-related technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and establishing new methods, tools, and processes that enhance product robustness, development efficiency, and validation effectiveness.
  • Support technology roadmap development and introduce innovative safety solutions aligned with business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Qualification - BE , Mechatronics / Electronics background 

Years of experience - 8 to 10 yrs

Tools & Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of DFMEA
  • Good understanding of CAN communication
  • Good analytical knowledge 
  • Hands-on experience with CANoe, CANape, CANdelaStudio, and ODX Studio
  • Knowledge and practical experience in ADAS and Brake Systems
  • Experience in system integration, debugging, and validation activities related to automotive ECUs

Skills Required

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics or Electronics
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of DFMEA
  • Good understanding of CAN communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with CANoe, CANape, CANdelaStudio, and ODX Studio
  • Knowledge and practical experience in ADAS and brake systems
  • Experience in automotive ECU system integration, debugging, and validation
