Stellantis’ Software Organization (PDT) builds the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers to work side-by-side with software architect and other stakeholders to design and execute the software architecture requirements, the hardware software interface specification, and software application and component requirements for the ADAS and Automated Driving software features for next generation vehicle controllers.
These software features will cover the domains of ADAS and Automated Driving. You will be responsible for the future development and innovation related to ADAS and Automated driving software requirement centered specifications. You will shape the future of mobility in Stellantis, ensuring and maintaining the highest quality and developing according to safety and quality standards are a fundamental part of your daily work. Developing scalable software requirement specifications transferable between hardware targets and adaptable for future technology deployment is the primary objective. You will be a contributing part of a global ADAS and Automated Driving engineering organization collaborating with software architects, safety and cybersecurity engineers, functional designers, and Stellantis partners where collaboration is the center of innovation.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Ownership and design responsibility of the ADAS and Automated Driving Software requirement specification and the hardware software interface requirements.
- Participate in safety analysis, cybersecurity analysis leading to the requirement development of software design solutions.
- Delivering work products supporting the milestones of the launch programs.
- Collaboration with hardware designers and the software architects to develop a Hardware Software Interface Specification
- Verification support of software testing and integration testing.
- Support development of .arxml and other design models.
- Plan deliverables as an input and define dependencies according to the development timeline.

Preferred QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of embedded software experience in automotive, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in software code development, model development, testing and/or software requirement design.
- Experience with development compliance with Functional Safety and Cybersecurity practices with product launch success
- Strong demonstrated technical requirement writing skills and understanding of conceptual design.
- Basic understanding of the V-model development process applied in an agile environment.
- Basic understanding of Systems Engineering
- Good understanding of functional chains on vehicle level for ADAS and Automated Driving features
