Ad Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities
VideoAmp’s Revenue team is seeking a Sales Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. As a Sales Coordinator at VideoAmp, you will accelerate our explosive growth on the Buy Side Agency & Brand team. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving customer challenges, and interested in learning all things tech and data within the TV, Streaming & digital video space. You have a proven track record of tackling challenges head on, being inspired to grow faster than anyone in your peer set, and are interested in joining a high performance team. - Partner with the Sales Pods & team of sellers to deliver value for customers through pre-sale & post-sale tasks by assisting Media Sellers, Client Service Managers, Campaign Optimization & Activation Managers
- Manage the pre-sales process by developing thoughtful strategies & executing through visual and written storytelling. Including strategy sessions with sales to review client RFPs, excel and PPT proposal creation and revisions, forecasting tickets, Insertion Order creation & processing
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client objectives and effectively translate them into actionable and revenue-generating media plans. This includes conducting strategy sessions with the sales team, handling RFPs and their revisions, and creating IO’s.
- Support the sales team with SFDC and best practices
- Champion the VideoAmp brand by being an ambassador of our Values
- Create compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of VideoAmp to secure new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Key liaison between internal stakeholders, including Sales, Strategy, Client Success & Campaign Optimization Managers fostering seamless communication and alignment to deliver top-notch client solutions.
- Coordinate brand lift studies and custom creative builds with third-party partners
Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in media & advertising
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Excel, PPT, and the Google Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities

What We Offer
This position has a salary range of $67,000 - $75,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
