Currently Sparks Math are hiring for Ad Ops position. The Ad Ops role is responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. This role ensures campaigns are set up correctly, delivered efficiently, and optimized based on performance data to support lead generation and growth objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-strong, with the ability to translate strategy into flawless day-to-day campaign operations.
Responsibility:
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including campaign setup, trafficking, and QA.
- Monitor daily performance and pacing to ensure campaigns are delivering in line with targets (budget, leads, CPR, volume)
- Perform ongoing optimizations across bidding, budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and formats, and document learnings- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
