The Ad Operations Specialist is the technical backbone of the media team, owning the backend of our Retail Media tech stack (Topsort). This role is responsible for the flawless execution, monetization, and daily optimization of all digital ad campaigns (Banners, Sponsored Products). They ensure that the strategy set by leadership is translated into high-performing, error-free live campaigns.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

Campaign Orchestration & Implementation: Support with the coordination and implementation of incoming campaign briefs across Snoonu’s ecosystem, moving requests smoothly from initial brief to setup.
Technical Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Act as the primary technical point of contact for AMs to investigate campaign anomalies, delivery bottlenecks, or auction issues within the Topsort backend.
Pacing & Yield Optimization: Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure optimal budget delivery—mitigating under-spend or sudden budget exhaustion.
Performance Engineering: Analyze system data to identify why specific food listings or search placements are losing bids, providing actionable solutions to improve client delivery and platform monetization.
