As our team continues to grow in Europe, we’re looking for an additional Ad Operations Manager to support the successful execution, tracking, and measurement of our campaigns. You’ll work closely with account management, data, and product teams to ensure accurate performance reporting and scalable operational processes across our advertisers and publishers.
What You'll Do
As the Ad Ops, Manager, you will drive one of the company’s key investment areas, solidifying and expanding our measurement capabilities which enable us to optimize client media performance.
Play an integral role within client onboarding, with primary responsibility of reviewing client media tracking configuration, addressing issues, and setting up client reporting.
Lead efforts to arrive at accurate tracking and operational trafficking of adMarketplace media, and as needed, architect an alternative solution path in collaboration with clients, their partners, and internal team members.
Guide setting up automated reporting, reviewing results for quality assurance. As needed, lead relevant troubleshooting efforts to address tracking and reporting issues.
Provide troubleshooting support to clients via adMarketplace account teams when unexpected ad ops, tracking, and reporting issues may arise.
Maintain knowledge on tracking and reporting best practices and ad tech data industry dynamics to offer clients and adMarketplace account teams.
Maintain and create operational workflows and processes to improve ad ops, data management, and reporting efficiency.
Support data analytics requests from client related to tracking and attribution of media campaigns
Who you are:
Digital media analytics professional with client-facing experience at digital media agency, in-house team, digital media platform, or ad tech company.
Ideally experience from a Search background with confidence with platforms to include but not limited to Skai, GA4, SA360, Adobe
Possess a bias-to-action, “can-do” attitude, and willingness to proactively solve issues and see projects through to completion.
Growth-oriented individual who is curious and hungry to learn more, can mentor and train more junior team members, and is willing to get their own hands dirty.
Strong project management skills handling various workstreams across multiple accounts with the support of various internal cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have authorization to live and work in the UK and be able to travel to the US without sponsorship
4+ years of experience in performance media (paid search, social), ad ops / trafficking, or other ad tech roles.
Good experience and confidence with
Site Analytics platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
SEM platforms and tracking tools, e.g. SA360, SKAI, etc.
Excellent media tracking, data, and reporting diagnostic and problem-solving; ability to identify root causes and draw up recommended solutions.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL to pull data in support of data onboarding and ad hoc analyses
Firm understanding of the ad tech landscape, and ability to set up and review digital media tracking via tagging, such as UTM parameters.
Solutioneer-level knowledge of digital media tracking standards and technologies:
Container tag solutions, such as Google Tag Manager, Bright Tag, Tealium, etc.
Mobile platforms and tracking tools, e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, etc.

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
