Job Scope:
Supports the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns by coordinating ad operations processes across assigned accounts and platforms. Responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns launch accurately and deliver against client KPIs. Influences revenue performance by maintaining operational accuracy, minimizing delivery discrepancies, and proactively identifying optimization opportunities in partnership with Account Management and Media Buying teams. Geographic scope may include domestic and/or international campaigns depending on client assignment. This is an Individual Contributor role with no direct reports.
Strategic Imperative:
The Ad Ops Coordinator ensures flawless, compliant campaign execution from kickoff through completion, safeguarding tracking integrity and delivering timely, accurate reporting. Acting as the central communicator across clients, Account Management, Sales, Engineering, and partner networks, this role proactively troubleshoots broken tracking links, browser-extension integrations, and coupon feeds to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence. By reconciling incomplete assets and information, upholding SLAs and contractual commitments, and communicating clearly and responsively, the Ad Ops Coordinator drives client satisfaction and retention—turning operational excellence into measurable business impact.
Primary Objectives:
End-to-End Campaign Trafficking & QA – Collect assets, validate specs, configure tracking (pixels/UTMs/postbacks), and launch on time with zero critical errors.
Tracking Integrity & Issue Resolution – Monitor links, browser-extension integrations, and coupon feeds; troubleshoot discrepancies quickly, document fixes, and prevent recurrence.
Stakeholder Communication & Workflow Coordination – Serve as the central point across Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and partners; uphold SLAs, provide clear status updates, and escalate risks promptly.
Client Service & Performance Reporting – Respond to client inquiries swiftly, meet contractual obligations, and deliver accurate, on-schedule reporting that drives satisfaction and retention.
Detailed Job Duties:
Troubleshoot broken tracking links, browser extension integration and online coupon feeds
Identify, reconcile and resolve discrepancies of incomplete information or assets
Be the central communicator between all stakeholders taking campaigns from inception through completion and successfully reporting results
Work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed
Deliver great customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

The Nice to Haves:
BA/BS degree preferred
Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions (i.e. video, media or performance) and revenue ecosystem preferred
