About the role
As Ad Ops Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing digital advertising programs across campaigns, with a primary focus on paid search operations and Demandbase ABM campaign activation. You will also support campaign execution across channels including native, display, and digital video/OTT.
This is a contract position requiring full-time weekly hours. This role is responsible for coordinating campaign materials, managing timelines, and ensuring all assets are collected, quality checked, tagged, trafficked, and launched accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to source the materials needed for campaign implementation, while helping maintain a smooth workflow from setup through launch.
Success in this role will be determined by your ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects at once, communicate clearly, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- Coordinate campaign materials with clients and internal creative teams to ensure all assets are received on time and within spec
- Manage deadlines for asset collection, campaign setup, trafficking, and launch readiness
- Gather and QA assets to ensure they align with campaign requirements and audience plans
- Build and launch paid search campaigns in Google Ads based on approved strategy and campaign parameters
- Support Demandbase campaign activation, including campaign setup, creative implementation, QA, launch coordination, and troubleshooting
- Tag banners, HTML emails, and links via the 3rd party ad server
- Generate and maintain UTM codes for campaign tracking
- Traffic materials to various publishers and platforms
- Document, update, and maintain trafficking and workflow procedures for client accounts
- Confirm campaign launch and delivery and proactively monitor for issues
- Rotate creative materials as needed
- Address technical issues, launch delays, and delivery concerns
- Troubleshoot ad serving, tracking, and implementation issues as they arise
- Assist with campaign-related projects, as needed
- Support campaign execution across additional channels including native, display, and digital video/OTT
Qualifications
Requirements- Fluent English — both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data, or another related field
- Actively uses Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Minimum of 6 months in a related role
- Knowledge of the basics of paid media and paid media metrics
- Basic working knowledge of Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
- Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency
- Experience in Google Campaign Manager 360
- Exposure to Demandbase or other ABM platforms
- Experience supporting paid search campaign setup and launch
